\n<\/strong>Apr\u00e8s un an de projet, les \u00e9quipiers projets partageront aux adh\u00e9rents de La Ruche leurs convictions et leurs apprentissages.<\/p>\n

Pourquoi un projet sur les lignes flexibles ?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, nos industries sont soumises a une concurrence de plus en plus forte<\/strong> et ont besoin de produire de plus en plus vite<\/strong>. L\u2019augmentation et la diversit\u00e9 des produits g\u00e9n\u00e8re de la complexit\u00e9<\/strong> sur les lignes de production actuelles. La transformation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (passage de la thermique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectrique) n\u00e9cessite \u00e9galement d’\u00eatre tr\u00e8s adaptable sur les lignes de production<\/p>\n

Au cours de ce REX, nous verrons comment justifier l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019aller vers une ligne flexible par rapport \u00e0 une organisation existante. Tout en prenant en compte les complexit\u00e9s associ\u00e9es \u00e0 ce mode de fonctionnement :<\/p>\n
