Ce projet de transformation vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des projets et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le time to market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pilot\u00e9 par Arnaud Robardey, chef de projet chez Haulotte, adh\u00e9rent de La Ruche Industrielle, PACE fait directement suite au projet inter-entreprises R\u00e9duire le Time to Market men\u00e9 \u00e0 La Ruche Industrielle en 2025 qui en a pos\u00e9 les fondations. Les enseignements issus de ce projet inter-entreprises ont permis d\u2019identifier plusieurs leviers d\u2019am\u00e9lioration\u00a0: process, organisation, culture&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <em>L\u2019objectif est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer notre efficacit\u00e9 pour sortir plus de produits et gagner en r\u00e9activit\u00e9<\/em> \u00bb, explique Arnaud Robardey.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10497\" src=\"https:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/IMG_4382-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Haulotte \" width=\"767\" height=\"575\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une phase de cadrage pour construire une vision commune<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deux mois apr\u00e8s le lancement du projet, les \u00e9quipes sont dans la phase de cadrage. Des interviews internes et des ateliers de travail r\u00e9unissant Directions et op\u00e9rationnels sont en cours afin d\u2019identifier les priorit\u00e9s de transformation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette \u00e9tape doit permettre de construire un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel commun et de bien clarifier le \u201cpourquoi\u201d du projet, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel pour favoriser l\u2019adh\u00e9sion des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <em>\u00catre \u00e0 la fois lucide sur les enjeux du changement et capable de donner envie d\u2019agir est essentiel<\/em> \u00bb, souligne Arnaud Robardey.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un workshop \u00e0 La Ruche Industrielle pour prendre du recul<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le workshop organis\u00e9 \u00e0 La Ruche Industrielle en mai 2026 a permis de revisiter plusieurs enseignements du REX projet R\u00e9duire le Time to Market gr\u00e2ce \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un <strong>format immersif<\/strong> de type \u00ab Rex Replay \u00bb dans le showroom, espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux apprentissages projets,<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 des <strong>groupes de travail<\/strong> orient\u00e9s recherche de solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour Arnaud Robardey, le choix du lieu faisait pleinement sens : \u00ab <em>La Ruche Industrielle se pr\u00eate particuli\u00e8rement bien aux projets de transformation et permet de faire un vrai pas de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les \u00e9quipes ont \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements immersifs du showroom et d\u2019un accompagnement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 tout au long du workshop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <em>Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bien accueillis et les \u00e9quipements mis \u00e0 disposition apportent un vrai c\u00f4t\u00e9 professionnel et dynamique aux \u00e9changes.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10495  aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/IMG_8711-1024x736.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"588\" height=\"423\" srcset=\"https:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/IMG_8711-1024x736.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/IMG_8711-300x216.jpg 300w, https:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/IMG_8711-768x552.jpg 768w, https:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/IMG_8711-1536x1103.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/IMG_8711-2048x1471.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 588px) 100vw, 588px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des premiers r\u00e9sultats attendus rapidement<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet PACE entre d\u00e9sormais dans une phase de structuration des diff\u00e9rents lots de transformation. Certains leviers pourront produire des effets rapides dans les prochains mois, tandis que d\u2019autres, li\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture ou aux process, s\u2019inscriront dans un temps plus long.<\/p>\n<p
