Comment se pr\u00e9parer aux nouvelles obligations en mati\u00e8re de transparence salariale ?&#8230;<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Autant de questions qui \u00e9taient au c\u0153ur de la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition d&rsquo;<strong>\u00ab Attire un Talent \u00bb<\/strong>, organis\u00e9e le 12 juin dernier par La Ruche Industrielle et l&rsquo;Apec Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, qui a r\u00e9uni 65 participants.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis trois ans, les deux partenaires collaborent. Cette ann\u00e9e, ils ont oeuvr\u00e9s pour r\u00e9unir dirigeants, responsables RH et experts pour ouvrir le d\u00e9bat sur les grandes transformations du monde du travail. Recrutement, comp\u00e9tences, management, attractivit\u00e9 ou \u00e9volution des m\u00e9tiers : autant de sujets qui conditionnent la performance des entreprises.<\/p>\n<h5>L&rsquo;IA : l&rsquo;utiliser intelligemment sans lui d\u00e9l\u00e9guer la d\u00e9cision<\/h5>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La conf\u00e9rence d&rsquo;ouverture de Jean-No\u00ebl Chaintreuil a donn\u00e9 le ton. L&rsquo;omnipr\u00e9sence croissante de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle dans les entreprises est belle est bien l\u00e0 : c\u2019est un fait.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques chiffres illustrent d\u00e9j\u00e0 cette transformation :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>27 % des entreprises fran\u00e7aises utilisent des logiciels pour trier les candidatures<\/li>\n<li>les recruteurs re\u00e7oivent aujourd&rsquo;hui jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 14 fois plus de CV qu&rsquo;il y a un an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Mais <strong>au-del\u00e0 des effets d&rsquo;annonce, son intervention a port\u00e9 sur une question essentielle : comment utiliser l&rsquo;IA comme un levier au service de l&rsquo;humain, sans lui d\u00e9l\u00e9guer la d\u00e9cision ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"isSelectedEnd\">IA, engagement, transparence salariale au c\u0153ur des \u00e9changes<\/h5>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les trois tables rondes ont ensuite permis d&rsquo;explorer des sujets particuli\u00e8rement actuels :<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>la transparence salariale<\/strong>, en lien avec la future directive europ\u00e9enne dont l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur est attendue au 1er janvier 2028,<\/li>\n<li><strong>l&rsquo;engagement et la fid\u00e9lisation des collaborateurs,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>les usages de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle dans les fonctions RH.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Des th\u00e9matiques qui suscitent de nombreuses interrogations chez les entreprises et pour lesquelles les retours d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience concrets sont comp\u00e9tences et de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique : Apec, CCI Lyon M\u00e9tropole Saint-\u00c9tienne Roanne, OPCO 2i, MMI&rsquo;e, M\u00e9tropole de Lyon, ALYSEE, Lyon Vall\u00e9e de la Chimie ou encore l&rsquo;Institut des Ressources Industrielles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Une dynamique collective qui refl\u00e8te l&rsquo;ambition de La Ruche Industrielle : <strong>cr\u00e9er les conditions du dialogue entre entreprises, experts et partenaires du territoire pour mieux anticiper les mutations en cours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Car les sujets RH sont des enjeux strat\u00e9giques qui
