Une journ\u00e9e pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise en \u0153uvre des actions concr\u00e8tes identifi\u00e9es lors des ateliers de r\u00e9flexion sur le m\u00e9tier de Technicien de maintenance et les grands bouleversements auxquels il fait face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019industrie 4.0.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udce3 | Comment rendre ce m\u00e9tier plus attractif, adapter la formation et r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de recrutement ? 3 axes de travail sur lesquels travaillent des industriels, des acteurs de l\u2019emploi, de la formation et du territoire depuis plusieurs mois. D\u00e9sormais, on passe \u00e0 l\u2019action !<\/strong> \ud83d\udca5<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc4a | Apr\u00e8s le partage des conclusions sur la mutation du m\u00e9tier de Technicien de maintenance issues de questionnaires, entretiens et d\u2019une observation en usine men\u00e9e par ERHgo les squads qui se sont mont\u00e9es pour porter les actions prioris\u00e9es ont mis les bouch\u00e9es doubles\u00a0! Ces 6 \u00e9quipes agiles pluridisciplinaires\u00a0aux profils vari\u00e9s se sont attel\u00e9es \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration d\u2019un kit de communication, un serious game, la refonte de nos offres d\u2019emploi, ou encore \u00e0 casser les codes du recrutement. Toujours dans un seul et m\u00eame objectif\u00a0: croiser les points de vue pour aller plus loin ensemble\u00a0!<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd1c | Prochaine \u00e9tape\u00a0?<\/strong> Rendez-vous en juin pour une journ\u00e9e avec des jeunes et des demandeurs d\u2019emploi pour tester en \u00ab vrai \u00bb les solutions imagin\u00e9es. L\u2019objectif ? Exp\u00e9rimenter des nouveaux outils innovants et faire un retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience pour d\u00e9ployer ces solutions \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle\u00a0!<\/p>\n
