background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jeudi 8 f\u00e9vrier 2024, plus de 130 collaborateurs adh\u00e9rents de La Ruche Industrielle \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents au REX \u00ab Optimisation Energ\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents et des processus industriels \u00bb !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement <\/strong><strong>Retour d\u2019Exp\u00e9rience <\/strong><strong>vient conclure un projet\u00a0phare\u00a0du pilier Vert de La Ruche, pour rendre l&rsquo;industrie plus durable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pourquoi un projet sur l\u2019optimisation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les raisons sont bien r\u00e9elles, <strong>communes \u00e0 tous les industriels<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forte hausse des co\u00fbts de l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/li>\n<li>Risques sur l\u2019approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e8glementations et incitation \u00e0 la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/li>\n<li>Transition \u00e9cologique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, le projet avait \u00e9t\u00e9 prioris\u00e9 par les industriels de la Ruche.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\u00a0\u00bbhttps:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/PXL_20240208_082843538-scaled.jpg\u00a0\u00bb title_text=\u00a0\u00bbPXL_20240208_082843538&Prime; background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb20px||20px||false|false\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Comment s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 le projet\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Durant un an de collaboration continue,<strong> neuf industriels se\u00a0sont mobilis\u00e9s sur ce suje<\/strong>t : Aldes, Bosch Rexroth, EFI Automotive, Fives, Haulotte, Montabert, Groupe SEB, Groupe SNCF, Renault Trucks\/Volvo au travers notamment de leurs responsables \u00e9nergie des b\u00e2timents industriels et lignes de production.<\/p>\n<p>Ensemble, ils ont suivi la m\u00e9thode Ruche et se sont <strong>r\u00e9unis r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/strong> (<span class=\"cf0\">toutes les deux semaines) et <\/span><!--EndFragment -->ont pu ainsi :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partager et enrichir mutuellement leurs plans d\u2019actions \u00e9nergie,<\/li>\n<li>Identifier et travailler sur les solutions mat\u00e9rielles, logicielles ou humaines \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre, en \u00e9conomisant temps et argent<\/li>\n<li>Monter en comp\u00e9tences sur les \u00e9volutions r\u00e9glementaires et les financements mobilisables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour les industriels couvrent plusieurs <\/strong>aspects :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compr\u00e9hension des impacts environnementaux,<\/li>\n<li>Plans de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique valid\u00e9s par le Comit\u00e9 de Direction,<\/li>\n<li>Retours d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience autour de solutions techniques test\u00e9es,<\/li>\n<li>Mise en place ou am\u00e9lioration de la \u2060Gestion Technique du B\u00e2timent (GTB), directement inspir\u00e9es par le projet,<\/li>\n<li>Plan d&rsquo;actions commun pour embarquer les collaborateurs et la direction (conduite du changement),<\/li>\n<li>Veille r\u00e9glementaire et interpr\u00e9tation des textes, <\/li>\n<li>Panorama des subventions mobilisables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.24.2&Prime; Un quizz en live a aussi permis \u00e0 l\u2019auditoire, conquis, de <strong>tester ses connaissances<\/strong> ! Un bon moyen d&rsquo;expliquer <span class=\"cf0\">en quoi les enjeux environnementaux de d\u00e9carbonation sont intimement li\u00e9s au changement radical des \u00e9nergies consomm\u00e9es (sortie des \u00e9nergies fossiles) et \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de nos consommations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--StartFragment -->Les participants ont ensuite pu d\u00e9rouler le parcours qui leur avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec soin par les \u00e9quipiers projets.
