Le projet inter-entreprises sur la Marque Employeur.<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce REX a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 par La Ruche Industrielle, Landry Guibard en tant que Chef de projet, Change Factory en tant que cabinet expert et les membres du groupe : Bosch Rexroth, EFI Automotive, Fives, Haulotte, Montabert, Volvo-Renault Trucks, Jtekt et la M\u00e9tropole de Lyon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Il a r\u00e9uni 70 personnes jeudi 20 juin 2024, avec un public plus f\u00e9minin que d\u2019ordinaire\u00a0! Et \u00ab\u00a0quand on parle \u00e0 tout le monde, on ne parle \u00e0 personne\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb Il convient donc d\u2019identifier des persona pour segmenter ses cibles. \u00a0Et par la m\u00e9thode des cartes d\u2019empathie, on affine le persona en d\u00e9finissant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ses ressentis, sa vision des choses&#8230; On choisit ensuite les meilleurs canaux (r\u00e9seaux sociaux) pour faire passer ses messages et recruter. D\u2019autant plus que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z (genZ) est tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise avec les technologies et recherche du sens et de l\u2019\u00e9thique dans ses relations professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.25.2&Prime; background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb20px||20px||false|false\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Et ce n\u2019est pas Jtekt qui d\u00e9mentira\u00a0! Pour eux, <strong>on est pass\u00e9 du march\u00e9 de la s\u00e9lection au march\u00e9 de la s\u00e9duction<\/strong>. En ayant pour pr\u00e9caution que la vitrine affich\u00e9e corresponde \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter les d\u00e9convenues\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Les sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 la Marque Employeur sont vastes et font \u00e9galement \u00e9merger les sujets de la diversit\u00e9 et la f\u00e9minisation. Dans l\u2019industrie, <strong>moins de 30% des salari\u00e9s sont des femmes<\/strong>. Le secteur manque cruellement de r\u00f4les mod\u00e8les pour ouvrir la voie, dire que les carri\u00e8res dans l&rsquo;industrie c&rsquo;est possible pour les femmes. Sur ce point, c\u2019est Volvo qui est intervenu en pr\u00e9sentant ces actions (\u00e9v\u00e9nement techHER, R\u00e9seau Win) avec un objectif affich\u00e9 de 35% de femmes dans les effectifs en 2030\u00a0! Une entreprise inclusive est une entreprise plus performante\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Mais attirer et recruter de futurs talents ne suffit plus<strong>. La fid\u00e9lisation et l\u2019engagement des collaborateurs<\/strong> est extr\u00eamement importante et peut prendre diff\u00e9rentes formes\u00a0: am\u00e9nagement des postes de travail, attention pour la sant\u00e9 mentale, formations\u2026 RH et communication doivent travailler main dans la main. Il faut prouver que l\u2019entreprise ne ment pas\u00a0! Une des m\u00e9thodes utilis\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux passe par le t\u00e9moignage vid\u00e9o des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.25.2&Prime; background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb20px||20px||false|false\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Des ambassadeurs pour embarquer les \u00e9quipes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Une large part du REX a port\u00e9 sur la mani\u00e8re de d\u2019embarquer les \u00e9quipes, notamment via les programmes ambassadeurs<strong>. L\u2019Employee advocacy, c\u2019est donner la possibilit\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s de s&rsquo;exprimer<\/strong>. Selon une \u00e9tude Nielsen, 76% font plus confiance aux personnes qu&rsquo;aux entreprises\u00a0! Les ambassadeurs semblent donc plus fiables, plus cr\u00e9dibles, g\u00e9n\u00e8rent plus d&rsquo;engagement\u00a0!!<\/p>\n<p>Renault Trucks anime par exemple une communaut\u00e9 de 30 ambassadeurs dans le monde, ayant tous des comp\u00e9tences vari\u00e9es. Les personnes en charge des Ressources Humaines sont souvent les cordonniers les plus mal chauss\u00e9s\u00a0!
