Bien g\u00e9r\u00e9es, elles permettent non seulement de suivre et d\u2019ajuster la production en temps r\u00e9el, mais aussi d\u2019anticiper et de prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es. Ces informations jouent donc un r\u00f4le \u00e0 la fois op\u00e9rationnel et strat\u00e9gique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u2019est dans ce contexte qu\u2019en avril 2024, 7 industriels adh\u00e9rents de La Ruche Industrielle ont lanc\u00e9 un projet inter-entreprises conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la feuille de route Projets 2024 de l\u2019association : optimiser la performance de l&rsquo;usine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une application de suivi des indicateurs cl\u00e9s de production. . Un projet dit \u00ab bleu \u00bb ax\u00e9 sur les questions de performances technologiques et de digitalisation.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>C&rsquo;est donc Aldes, Bosch Rexroth, Fives, Haulotte, KNDS, Montabert, et Renault Trucks\/Volvo qui ont embarqu\u00e9 dans le projet sous la conduite de Lo\u00efc Goure, chef de projets inter-entreprises Ruche !<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pourquoi\u00a0se concentrer sur les indicateurs de suivi de production ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le suivi des indicateurs de production soul\u00e8ve de nombreuses questions. De la s\u00e9lection des bons indicateurs \u00e0 leur pr\u00e9sentation sur le bon support, tout doit \u00eatre <strong>pens\u00e9 en profondeur pour offrir un v\u00e9ritable outil de pilotage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En voici quelques-unes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quels indicateurs sont les plus pertinents \u00e0 suivre, et o\u00f9 les afficher ?<\/li>\n<li>Jusqu\u2019o\u00f9 digitaliser et automatiser la mise \u00e0 jour des indicateurs ? Quel co\u00fbt associ\u00e9\u00a0?<\/li>\n<li>Comment collecter et stocker les donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires aux indicateurs\u00a0?<\/li>\n<li>Comment assurer la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, tant \u00e0 la saisie qu\u2019\u00e0 la consolidation avec d\u2019autres sources ?<\/li>\n<li>Comment impliquer les utilisateurs dans ce processus ?<\/li>\n<li>Quelles repr\u00e9sentations graphiques choisir selon les profils utilisateurs ?
