background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime; global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime;]<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Des d\u00e9fis sociaux et \u00e9conomiques nombreux <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 en septembre 2023, le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 structur\u00e9 en plusieurs phases :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une phase de <strong>cadrage<\/strong> : alignement des objectifs et des attentes.<\/li>\n<li>Une phase d\u2019<strong>approfondissement <\/strong>: visites de sites industriels, benchmark des pratiques existantes, et d\u00e9veloppement de livrables.<\/li>\n<li>Une phase de <strong>pr\u00e9paration du REX<\/strong> pour partager les apprentissages et les perspectives de transformation aux autres adh\u00e9rents de La Ruche Industrielle et aux collaborateurs qui ne faisaient pas partie du projet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les enjeux industriels sont cruciaux dans un environnement toujours plus volatile, incertain, complexe et ambigu. En plus des crises sanitaires et de composants \u00e9lectroniques, la pression concurrentielle impose aux industriels de <strong>produire des gammes de produits toujours plus diversifi\u00e9es et complexes<\/strong>, sans compromettre la qualit\u00e9 ni la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9. Pour rester performant et ne pas perdre de parts de march\u00e9, la transformation, l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 et la flexibilit\u00e9 des lignes de production deviennent incontournables.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.27.0&Prime; background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb20px||20px||false|false\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Des axes de travail clairement exprim\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le projet s\u2019est articul\u00e9 autour de deux axes principaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lignes mono-produit<\/strong> : pour les gammes homog\u00e8nes mais avec de multiples variantes,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lignes multi-produits <\/strong>: pour g\u00e9rer la diversit\u00e9 des produits tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents sur une m\u00eame cha\u00eene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour chacun d&rsquo;entre eux, il est important de prendre de prendre en compte les probl\u00e9matiques humaines, logistiques et d\u2019approvisionnement en bord de ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Des crit\u00e8res essentiels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s pour assurer cette flexibilit\u00e9, comme une communication fluide entre les postes de travail, une excellente clart\u00e9 des flux pour une meilleure compr\u00e9hension, un acc\u00e8s facilit\u00e9 pour la maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, le projet a explor\u00e9 deux aspects de la flexibilit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flexibilit\u00e9 technique<\/strong> : l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 des technologies, notamment en testant de nouvelles approches sur des lignes manuelles pour \u00e9valuer leur efficacit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibilit\u00e9 humaine<\/strong> : optimisation de la gestion des \u00e9quipes, avec une attention particuli\u00e8re sur la polyvalence des collaborateurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.27.0&Prime; background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb20px||20px||false|false\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Une multitude d\u2019exemples concrets pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Parmi les diff\u00e9rents retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience partag\u00e9s par les membres du projet, voici quelques exemples marquants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Renault Trucks \/ Volvo a mis\u00e9 sur la transformation de ses lignes en int\u00e9grant une <strong>matrice de polyvalence<\/strong>. L\u2019objectif ? Permettre \u00e0 un op\u00e9rateur de ma\u00eetriser plusieurs postes, facilitant ainsi des changements rapides et flexibles en quelques heures seulement. Le choix de la polyvalence et la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019automatisation (de 80% \u00e0 20%) permettent de r\u00e9partir les investissements, r\u00e9pondant aux contraintes de la direction.<\/li>\n<li>Les collaborateurs de Tefal (groupe Seb) ont \u00e9galement partag\u00e9 leur retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience sur une <strong>ligne mono-produit multi-variantes<\/strong> d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux produits Ingenio, \u00e0 Rumilly. En passant d\u2019une ligne manuelle \u00e0 une ligne semi-automatis\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une diversit\u00e9 de 108 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences, l\u2019entreprise a optimis\u00e9 l\u2019ergonomie et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 tout en assurant un retour sur investissement en deux ans.<\/li>\n<li>EFI Automotive a, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une <strong>ligne modulaire<\/strong>, flexible et standardis\u00e9e. Les prochaines \u00e9tapes vont s\u2019appuyer sur la poursuite des travaux en entreprise et la poursuite des \u00e9changes entre pairs.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, le projet sur les lignes flexibles de production montre que la flexibilit\u00e9 industrielle est \u00e9volutive, d\u00e9pendante de la dur\u00e9e de vie des produits et de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter en permanence. La Ruche Industrielle, avec ses adh\u00e9rents, confirme que cette transformation est non seulement possible mais indispensable pour faire face aux d\u00e9fis de
