Une \u00e9tape essentielle pour poser des bases communes et partager des pratiques concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ensemble, les \u00e9quipiers projets ont donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019investiguer deux cas d\u2019usages li\u00e9es \u00e0 la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Localiser les supports de stockage et de transport<\/strong> : l\u2019enjeu est de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 inventorier et localiser les emballages r\u00e9utilisables, caisses ou supports cruciaux pour la fabrication, souvent dispers\u00e9s dans les flux logistiques multisites. Leur bonne r\u00e9partition \u00e9tant un gage du bon fonctionnement de l\u2019ensemble de la supply chain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tracer les composants des produits finis<\/strong> : cela implique de pouvoir suivre chaque composant entrant dans la fabrication d\u2019un produit, depuis sa r\u00e9ception jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son utilisation, que ce soit pour des raisons r\u00e9glementaires, de dur\u00e9e de vie, de r\u00e9parabilit\u00e9 ou encore pour g\u00e9rer des rappels produits. Une visite chez Volvo Trucks est envisag\u00e9e pour approfondir ces r\u00e9flexions.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Milliau, dont c\u2019est le premier projet \u00ab\u00a0Ruche\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0 Voir des industriels d\u2019horizons vari\u00e9s \u00e9changer ouvertement sur leurs pratiques et leurs enjeux est gage de r\u00e9ussite\u00a0! Les rendez-vous r\u00e9guliers <em>(comprendre tous les 15 jours)<\/em> permettent de maintenir <strong>une dynamique forte et un rythme de travail soutenu<\/strong>, assurant des avanc\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cap vers le REX !<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le projet, pr\u00e9vu pour une dur\u00e9e de six mois, aboutira \u00e0 un retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience (REX) en avril 2025.
