Non, ce n\u2019est pas une nouvelle tendance TikTok ou une nouvelle discipline sportive, mais un outil s\u00e9rieux pour mesurer les progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail. Et devinez quoi ? Huit entreprises de La Ruche Industrielle se sont r\u00e9unies autour du concept de la culture de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 industrielle pour faire bouger les lignes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce projet, initi\u00e9 en septembre et anim\u00e9 par Damien Portmann, co-fondateur et associ\u00e9 du cabinet <a href=\"https:\/\/alkemys.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alkemys Consulting<\/a>, fait partie des projets inter-entreprises qui d\u00e9potent en ce moment \u00e0 La Ruche Industrielle. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La CNR, Haulotte, JTEKT, Fives, Montabert, KNDS, SEB et SNCF sont sur le pont pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une double question de taille :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comment d\u00e9velopper une culture transversale o\u00f9 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est l\u2019affaire de tous ?<\/li>\n<li>Comment embarquer le top management dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00a0\u00bbTexte\u00a0\u00bb _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.27.0&Prime; background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 : l\u2019\u00e9vidence doit devenir un r\u00e9flexe<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Comme Damien aime le dire avec conviction, \u00ab <strong>la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des collaborateurs devrait \u00eatre le sujet num\u00e9ro 1 !<\/strong> \u00bb Et pour cause : les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019une mauvaise pr\u00e9vention sont lourdes, aussi bien sur le plan humain (accidents, mutilations, voire d\u00e9c\u00e8s) que financier (absent\u00e9isme, hausse des cotisations sociales\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir de la courbe de Bradley*, qui illustre le cheminement vers une maturit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, les membres du groupe projet travaillent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des fiches pratiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6997 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/bradley.jpg\" alt=\"courbe de Bradley\" width=\"759\" height=\"673\" srcset=\"https:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/bradley.jpg 759w, https:\/\/larucheindustrielle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/bradley-480x426.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 759px, 100vw\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Les fiches pratiques : de la th\u00e9orie \u00e0 l\u2019action<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Objectif : <strong>dix fiches pratiques qui r\u00e9pondent aux v\u00e9ritables besoins des entreprises et s\u2019appuient sur les retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience des participants<\/strong>. En vrac, quelques exemples de th\u00e9matiques abord\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comment reconna\u00eetre et valoriser les contributions \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de chacun ?<\/li>\n<li>Quels KPIs pour mesurer le \u00ab care for others \u00bb ?<\/li>\n<li>Comment lib\u00e9rer la parole pour une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 participative ?<\/li>\n<li>Comment \u00e9tablir une politique s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pragmatique et applicable ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chaque fiche est r\u00e9dig\u00e9e collectivement, avec une bonne dose d\u2019\u00e9changes (on ne badine pas avec les retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience !) et une liste des erreurs \u00e0 ne pas reproduire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cap vers le REX !<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ce projet ambitieux est bien plus qu\u2019un exercice de style : il est une d\u00e9monstration de la force du collectif inter-entreprises.
