Ce sujet, strat\u00e9gique pour les industriels, touche \u00e0 la fois la qualit\u00e9, la conformit\u00e9, la performance op\u00e9rationnelle et la durabilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 entreprises de La Ruche se sont engag\u00e9es dans le projet : <strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bosch Rexroth, la CNR, JTEKT, KNDS, SEB, Renault Trucks \/ <\/span><\/strong>Volvo.<\/p>\n<p>Ensemble, elles ont co-construit un parcours immersif et p\u00e9dagogique : <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">montage d\u2019un produit physique : des vraies ruches en bois\u00a0<\/span>en 5 \u00e9tapes, \u00e0 partir d\u2019une vingtaine de composants identifi\u00e9s avec des QR codes et des \u00e9tiquettes RFID. Pour restituer ces travaux de fa\u00e7on vivante et engageante, l\u2019\u00e9quipe projet a choisi un format original : un retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience organis\u00e9 sous forme d\u2019ateliers immersifs, avec de v\u00e9ritables ruches en bois mont\u00e9es sur place pour illustrer chaque axe strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les 50 participants ont ainsi circul\u00e9 de stand en stand, s\u2019appropriant les contenus et identifiant des pistes concr\u00e8tes \u00e0 transposer.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les 4 stands : Une <\/strong><b>approche original, comme sur le terrain, o\u00f9 les participants sont pass\u00e9s dans chacun des stands<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stand 1 : Utilisation des livrables du groupe projet<\/strong><br \/>Ce stand pr\u00e9sentait des outils et livrables concrets produits lors du projet, tels que des fiches descriptives des principales technologies de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 disponibles sur le march\u00e9, ainsi qu\u2019une matrice identifiant les technologies les plus appropri\u00e9s aux principaux besoins recens\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des industriels. L\u2019objectif : orienter les op\u00e9rationnels vers la technologie qui r\u00e9pondra le mieux \u00e0 leurs besoins, en les alertant \u00e9galement sur les contraintes et les points de chacune des solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stand 2 : Tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 end-to-end sur un site industriel<\/strong><br \/>Ici, l\u2019accent \u00e9tait mis sur la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 int\u00e9grale d\u2019un produit, de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re \u00e0 la livraison client. Le stand illustrait comment connecter les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes (r\u00e9ception, production, assemblage, exp\u00e9dition) en utilisant conjointement plusieurs technologies, pour garantir une vision continue et fiable, tout en adaptant la solution aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Stand 3 : M\u00e9thodologie type de d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019un projet de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>Un projet de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 ne s\u2019improvise pas. Ce stand d\u00e9taillait une m\u00e9thodologie pas-\u00e0-pas : cadrage des besoins, choix technologiques, conduite du changement, mesure des impacts\u2026 Un fil conducteur pour s\u00e9curiser chaque \u00e9tape du d\u00e9ploiement et maximiser l\u2019adh\u00e9sion des \u00e9quipes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Stand 4 : Tracking de contenants<\/strong><br \/>La bonne r\u00e9partition des contenants entre les diff\u00e9rents maillons de la supply chain est cruciale pour s\u00e9curiser le flux de production. Comment tracer efficacement les contenants, bacs ou palettes au sein d\u2019un site ou entre plusieurs sites ?
