Ensemble, La Ruche Industrielle, Propulseo et Aldes ont ouvert le dialogue sur la place des femmes dans l\u2019industrie et les leviers pour faire bouger les lignes lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e8nement \u00ab\u00a0En route vers l&rsquo;industrie\u00a0\u00bb. <\/strong><\/span><\/b><\/h5>\n<p aria-level=\"2\">Une rencontre engag\u00e9e et inspirante qui a r\u00e9uni 70 participants le 02 octobre. Pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et agir en faveur d\u2019une industrie plus diverse, plus mixte et plus ouverte.\u00a0Car les chiffres sont sans appel :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moins de <strong data-start=\"229\" data-end=\"252\">30 % des ing\u00e9nieurs<\/strong> en France sont des femmes, et dans certains secteurs comme l\u2019\u00e9nergie ou le num\u00e9rique, elles ne repr\u00e9sentent qu\u2019un quart des effectifs.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"220\" data-end=\"652\">Selon l\u2019<strong data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"408\">UNESCO<\/strong>, seules <strong data-start=\"417\" data-end=\"440\">35 % des \u00e9tudiantes<\/strong> s\u2019orientent vers les fili\u00e8res STEM (Sciences, Technologie, Ing\u00e9nierie et Math\u00e9matiques) \u2013 et beaucoup se heurtent encore \u00e0 des <strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"536\">plafonds de verre<\/strong>. Trois intentions guidaient la soir\u00e9e \u2013 faire \u00e9merger les freins invisibles, valoriser les parcours inspirants et encourager une prise de conscience collective \u2013 mais c\u2019est surtout la <strong data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"528\">libert\u00e9 de ton<\/strong> qui a marqu\u00e9 les participants.<\/p>\n<p>Autour d\u2019une <strong data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"595\">table ronde anim\u00e9e de main de ma\u00eetre par Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Duval<\/strong> et d\u2019un <strong data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"624\">jeu collaboratif \u00e9labor\u00e9 de A \u00e0 Z par Propulseo<\/strong>, les \u00e9changes se sont encha\u00een\u00e9s <strong data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"680\">sans langue de bois<\/strong> : chacun, chacune voulait rebondir sur les paroles des speakers pour partager son ressenti, son exp\u00e9rience ou ses r\u00e9flexions sur la <strong data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"873\">place des femmes dans les secteurs encore tr\u00e8s masculins<\/strong>.
